七、申请流程及材料：
登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。并将以下材料一式两份于2018年4月15日之前寄送至：中国重庆市南岸区崇文路2号重庆邮电大学国际合作与交流处 （文金 收）邮编：400065，电话：0086-23-62487785 （注：不接收电子档，纸质材料逾期不予处理）
1.证件照片2张。
2.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；
3.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5.来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；
6. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7.护照首页复印件两份。
8.申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其它作品的光盘；
9．《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
10.发表文章。
11.已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。

2). Duration. This scholarship only supports master’s students for no more than 3 academic years or doctoral students for no more than 4 academic years. The scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
4. Scholarship Coverage
The Chinese University Program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Please refer to Introduction to CGS—Coverage and Standard for details of each item.

6. Eligibility
1）. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health
2）. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:
be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
7. Application Procedure and Application Documents（in duplicate）
Complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students （Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org and click “Application Online” to log in）, submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and print a hard copy. and mail to the follow address before April 15th 2018 with the following required documents.

2). Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship （written in Chinese or English）;

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4). Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）;
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5). A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese or English）;
This should be a minimum of 800 words.
6). Two Recommendation Letters （written in Chinese or English）;
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.

8). A CD of your own works （only required for arts students）;
Applicants for music studies are requested to submit a CD of their own musical works. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two sketches, two color paintings and two other works.
9). Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy） （written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org）;
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
