2018重庆邮电大学“校长奖学金”申请指南
（适用于所有类型）
一、资助类别及期限：
1、资助类别： 本奖学金面向在我校学习的外国本科生、研究生和汉语进修生。
2、资助期限：一次性
3、奖学金标准：
1. 一等奖：研究生1万元/年，本科生、汉语进修生0.6万元/年；
2. 二等奖：研究生0.8万元/年，本科生、汉语进修生0.4万元/年，
★ 奖学金以现金的形式分两次发放，或直接冲抵部分学费
4、申请时间：2017年12月1日至2018年4月15日
5、申请条件：
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2. 学历和年龄要求：
●攻读汉语进修项目者，须具有高中学位，年龄不超过45岁；
●攻读本科学位者，须具有高中学位，年龄不超过25岁；
●攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
●攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。
3. 未同时获得其他各类奖学金。
6、申请流程及材料：
申请人填写《重庆邮电大学校长奖学金申请表》（附件1），打印签字。并将以下材料一式两份于2018年4月15日之前寄送至：中国重庆市南岸区崇文路2号重庆邮电大学国际合作与交流处 （文金 收）邮编：400065，电话：0086-23-62487785 （注：不接收电子档，纸质材料逾期不予处理）
1. 证件照片2张。
2.《重庆邮电大学校长奖学金申请表》
3.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5.来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；
6. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7.护照首页复印件两份。
8.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（附件2）。英文或中文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
9. 所发表的文章、有效的HSK（汉语水平考试）证书复印件等；
★ 请全部使用A4纸，请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册），无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。

2018 CQUPT President Scholarship for International Students
（For International Students）
1. Supporting Categories and Duration:
1). Supporting Category. Chinese Language students, undergraduate and graduate students.
2). Duration. One year.
2. Scholarship Coverage
1. First class: PhD & master degree 10000￥/ year，bachelor degree& Chinese language students 6000￥/ year
2. Second class:PhD & master degree 8000￥ year，bachelor degree& Chinese language students 4000￥year
★ Scholarship could offset a part of the tuition fee
4. When to Apply
December 12th , 2017 to April 15th , 2018
5. Eligibility
1）. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health
2）. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:
be a high school graduate under the age of 45 when apply for the Chinese Language programs;
be a high school graduates under the age of 25 when apply for the undergraduate programs;
be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master programs;
be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
3) . Applicants should not be holding any other scholarship.
6. Application Procedure and Application Documents（in duplicate）
Complete the Application Form for CQUPT President Scholarship (Attachment 1) and print a hard copy. and then mail to the follow address before April 15th 2018 with the following required document.

1). 2 Passport size Photos
2). Application Form for Chongqing Municipal Government Scholarship（written in Chinese or English）;
3). Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3). Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）;
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4). A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese or English）;
This should be a minimum of 800 words.
5). Two Recommendation Letters （written in Chinese or English）;
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
6).Copy of Passport Home Page
7). Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy） （written in English, can be downloaded in the attachment 2）;
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
9). Papers or Articles Published or to be Published and the copy of valid HSK Certificate （if available）.
Please use DIN A4. All documents should be bound together on top left corner in the order. （You should submit TWO sets of bound documents）. No application documents will be returned.
